Sessions, services & fees

All sessions are 60 minutes long and the initial consultation is between 30-60 minutes (which are FREE), depending on each case and area for therapy. My fees as a guide are as follows:

  • £60 for General Talking Therapy (with the aid of counselling skills)

  • £90 for Stress Management Resilience Building

  • £60 for Life Coaching

  • £80 for Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy

  • £180 for Smoking Cessation (one session or two, depending on assessment)
